Policies & Procedures
TERM FEES & PAYMENT

Lessons should be booked per school term (usually 10 weeks) to secure a time slot, payment plans can be arranged (one off lessons are subject to avialability).

Full term payment is required prior to the first lesson to secure a lesson time.

Lessons will not commence until payment has been received.

Fees are non-refundable except as outlined in the cancellation policy below, however, some flexibility may be negotiated upon the teacher's discretion for special considerations.
CANCELLATION & MAKE-UP POLICY
More than 24 hours’ notice is provided:

Make-up lesson will be scheduled (subject to availability).

Double lesson may be offered the following week (subject to availability).
Less than 24 hours’ notice is provided:

The lesson is forfeited and no refund or make-up will be provided.
Teacher Cancellation:

Make-up time slot or refund will be offered if the teacher is unable to facilitate the lesson.
ATTENDANCE & PUNCTUALITY

Students are expected to arrive on time.

Missed time due to late arrival will not be made up.

Lessons finish at the scheduled time to respect subsequent bookings.
HOUSE CALL LESSONS

House call lessons are subject to availability and location.

Parents/ guardians must endure a suitable, quiet, and safe teaching environment.
HEALTH & WELLBEING

Students (or parents/guardians) must inform the teacher of any medical or vocal conditions that may affect singing.

The teacher reserves the right to modify or cease a lesson if continuing would risk vocal strain or injury to both parties.
